How to Write Better AI Form Prompts
The prompt does most of the work. Name the job, who fills it in, how many questions, and what happens next, and the draft arrives close to finished.

- Say what the form is for and how long it should be. "A 6 question survey" names a job; "a survey" names a topic.
- Who fills it in
- Name the person and what they already know, so the questions use their words and skip what they cannot answer.

- List the asks that must be there. Every question you name is one you will not have to add by hand.

- Say what happens after they answer: a rule, an email, a score, or a file to upload.
“A survey” Nothing is named, so the AI invents all four and writes thirty generic questions. You delete most of them.
