“I wanted a form builder that could do more without asking you to pay more. So I built OG Forms, with AI from creation to insights. IMO, it’s the best form builder ever built!”
HarishFounder of OG FormsHow to Create a Quiz with AI
Three steps from naming a topic to a quiz that marks every attempt on its own, with no spreadsheet and no second marking pass at the end.
Describe the quiz
Name the topic, the level it is for, and how many questions each quiz needs.
Generate and mark it
Read the draft, fix the wording, and set the answer and points on each question.
Share the link
Each person sees their score at the end, and every result lands in one list.

What Does OG Forms AI Actually Do?
Writing, editing, and marking all live in one form, so a score never needs a second tool and a student never has to wait for one.
One sentence becomes questions, options, and a score you can change.
A client intake form with a budget question and a file upload.
Set the correct answer and the points once, and every submission is scored the same way.
A rule can send an expert and a beginner down different questions.
Ask who is taking it, or keep it anonymous, and either way keep every attempt.
Ask which question people got wrong most and get that answer back, not a chart.
Download every score as CSV or JSON, or send each one to Google Sheets.
The same tools run over MCP, so Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor can write a quiz and read the scores.

AI Quiz Maker vs. a Traditional Quiz Builder
Both tools collect answers. The difference is how much of the quiz you still write, mark, and re-mark by hand after every attempt.
| The job | A traditional quiz builder | OG Forms AI |
|---|---|---|
| Create the quiz | Start blank and type every question. | One sentence, then a draft you can edit. |
| Set the answer key | Mark each correct option yourself. | AI drafts the key, then you approve it. |
| Question types | Multiple choice and short text. | Ratings, rankings, matrices, and sliders. |
| Branching | Jump to a section, if the answer allows. | A rule can skip a question or a set of them. |
| Grading | Scored, then exported by hand. | Scored on submit, with the total saved. |
| Looks | A theme and a header image. | Your fonts, colours, and logo, read from your site. |
| Results | A sheet of answers to read. | Ask which question people missed most. |
| Every attempt | A deleted attempt stays deleted. | Saved, logged, and restorable after the fact. |
How to Write Better AI Quiz Prompts
The prompt does most of the work. Name the topic, the level, and the marking before you ask, and the draft arrives close to finished.
- The topic
- Say what the quiz covers and where it stops, so every question can be marked from the same lesson.
- The level
- Name the year group, the team, or the beginner, in the words the person teaching would use.
- How many
- Give a count that fits one sitting. Ten questions is a usual ask for a class check.
- The marking
- Say the points per answer, the pass mark, and what the person sees when they finish.
“A quiz” Nothing is named, so the AI picks the topic, the level, and the marking, and twenty five questions arrive with no answer key.
Written as four lines, the same ask comes back as ten questions, one answer key, and a pass mark of seven. The score shows the moment a student submits.
A quiz prompt is a marking scheme in a sentence. If you cannot say how it is scored, the AI will decide for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
The questions people ask before they build their first quiz with AI.
What is an AI quiz maker?
A tool that writes quiz questions from a short description, so you start from a draft, mark the answers, and send it.
Does it grade the quiz for me?
Yes. Mark the correct answer once and every submission is scored the same way, as soon as it arrives.
Can people see their score straight away?
Yes. The score shows at the end of the quiz, and you keep every result with the answers behind it.
Can I make the quiz harder for some people?
Yes. A rule can skip or add questions, so a beginner and an expert get different sets.
How do I make a multiple choice quiz with AI?
Describe the topic and the level, then keep the multiple choice questions you want and delete the rest.
Can I see which question people got wrong most?
Yes. Ask which question people missed most and get that answer back, with the score for every attempt saved underneath.
Can students take the quiz offline?
Answers are saved on the student’s own device as they type, so a dropped connection does not wipe the attempt. It is marked as soon as the connection returns.
How many quizzes can I make for free?
As many as you like. Free includes unlimited quizzes, unlimited answers, and 25 AI credits a month.
