Questions about pricing
Is OG Forms really free forever?
Yes. The free version has no time limit and no card, and the free plan never caps your forms, your answers, or your teammates.
Do the advanced features cost extra?
No. The advanced features that make a form work, like real logic, answer piping, calculated fields, and quizzes, are on the free plan.
Why do you not limit answers like other tools do?
A form that stops taking answers lets you down at the worst time, so we never do it. Answers cost us almost nothing to keep, so there is no reason to charge for them.
Why is Pro only $9?
Saving forms and answers costs us very little, so we never charge for them. We count AI credits because every request we send to an AI has a real cost. File storage is the other thing we pay for, so Pro raises it from 100 MB to 1 GB.
What happens when file storage runs out?
People can still open, fill in, and send your form, but new file uploads pause until you free up space or upgrade. Nothing already uploaded is deleted. Free includes 100 MB, and Pro includes 1 GB.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
AI pauses until your credits refill next month. Your forms and your answers keep working, and you can still build and edit forms by hand. You can also buy 20 more credits for $5, as a one-time buy.
Do I pay for each teammate?
No. Both plans include as many teammates as you want, and you never pay per seat.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and your forms and answers stay right where they are on the free plan.
What changes if I go back to Free?
Your forms show the OG Forms badge again, they move off your custom domain, and your AI credits go back to 25 a month. No form or answer is deleted.
Do you charge tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
