OG Forms keeps deleted responses and questions in the trash for a limited time, giving you a chance to restore them.
What is the answer log?
The answer log helps you recover responses that were deleted from a form.
When a response is deleted, it moves to the trash instead of being permanently removed straight away.
You can restore it while it is still in the trash.
Restore a deleted response
If you accidentally delete a response, you can restore it from the trash.
Restoring brings the response back so you can access its answers again.
This is useful when you remove the wrong response or need to recover information that was deleted by mistake.

OG Forms also supports restoring deleted questions.
If you remove a question by mistake, you can recover it from the trash rather than rebuilding it from scratch.
How long does OG Forms keep deleted data?
Deleted forms, answers and questions stay in the trash for 7 days.
After 7 days, the maintenance process permanently deletes them. You can also empty the trash manually, which permanently deletes its contents immediately.
If you need something back, restore it before it is permanently deleted.
