Create your first workspace
Your first workspace is created automatically when you sign in to OG Forms. It is where your forms, responses, settings and team members are managed.
Updated
You do not need to set up a workspace before you start building forms. Just sign in, and OG Forms creates your personal workspace for you.
1. Sign in to OG Forms
Open OG Forms and sign in to your account.
You can use either of these sign-in methods:
- Continue with Google: Sign in using your Google account.
- Email sign-in: Enter your email address and use the sign-in link sent to your inbox.
Both methods take you to the same account when they use the same email address.
2. Your workspace is ready
When you sign in for the first time, OG Forms automatically creates a personal workspace for your account.
You can start using it right away. There is no separate setup process.
Your workspace keeps your work together, including:
- Forms: Create and manage your forms, surveys and quizzes.
- Responses: View and manage the answers people submit.
- Team members: Invite others to work with you.
- Settings: Manage workspace preferences and other options.
3. Switch between workspaces
You can own or join multiple workspaces using the same OG Forms account. You do not need to sign out every time you want to work in another workspace.
Use the workspace switcher to move between workspaces available to your account.
For example, you could keep separate workspaces for different clients, teams or projects.
4. Start building in your workspace
Once your workspace is ready, you can create your first form.
You have two ways to get started:
- Use AI: Describe the form you need and let OG Forms generate it.
- Build manually: Start with a blank form and add your questions yourself.
You can also import an existing Google Form if you want to bring your questions and pages into OG Forms.
