Connect your form to Google Sheets
Want to keep your form responses in a spreadsheet without downloading them every time? Connect OG Forms to Google Sheets and send responses to a spreadsheet automatically.
Updated
When someone submits your form, OG Forms can add their answers to your selected sheet. If a response is edited later, the spreadsheet is updated too.
Connect Google Sheets
You can manage Google Sheets from the Integrations panel in the form builder. Google Sheets is also available under Settings → Integrations.
Connect your Google account and choose the spreadsheet you want to use for the form.
Choose how responses are added
OG Forms supports two ways to sync responses with Google Sheets:
Append a new row
Each new submission is added as a new row in your spreadsheet. This lets you keep a running list of responses.
Update an existing row
When an existing response is edited, OG Forms updates its corresponding spreadsheet row instead of treating the edit as a new submission.
Map response fields to columns
You can map form fields to spreadsheet columns. This helps keep your spreadsheet organised and makes sure each answer goes into the right column.
What happens if a sync fails?
A temporary connection problem should not mean losing a response.
OG Forms retries a failed Google Sheets sync. This helps keep your spreadsheet up to date without requiring you to manually send every response again.
Google Sheets vs Google Drive
These integrations do different jobs.
Google Sheets sends responses to a spreadsheet, where you can work with rows and columns.
Google Drive keeps a CSV file in a folder you choose. OG Forms rewrites that file as responses arrive.
Choose the integration that best fits how you manage your data.
