Each audit record includes information about the activity:
| Detail | What it tells you |

| Who | The person who performed the action |
| What | The action that was performed |
| Workspace | The workspace where it happened |
| Object | The form or other item involved |
| Where from | The source of the activity |
When is the audit log useful?
Here are a few situations where an activity record can help:
Review workspace changes
Check who performed an action when you are trying to understand a change.
Track ownership transfers
Review the audit record when workspace ownership is transferred to another member.
Understand team activity
When several people have access to a workspace, the audit log helps you trace actions to the person who performed them.
Audit log and answer history are different
The audit log records workspace activity. The answer log focuses on deleted answers and questions that you may want to restore.
