Get alerts when an integration fails
When you connect OG Forms to another service, you want your data to reach it reliably. But sometimes a connection can fail because of a temporary error or an issue with the receiving service.
Updated
OG Forms tracks webhook and Slack deliveries, retries failed deliveries, and emails the workspace owner when an integration starts failing.
How delivery tracking works
Every webhook and Slack delivery is recorded in a per form delivery log.
You can use this log to check delivery status and identify failed attempts.
Automatic retries
If a webhook or Slack delivery fails, OG Forms automatically retries it using a backoff schedule.
This gives temporary problems another chance to recover without requiring you to resend every notification manually.
OG Forms also uses idempotency to help prevent duplicate processing during retries.
Replay a failed webhook delivery
If a webhook delivery fails, you can replay it from the delivery log.
This lets you try sending the failed event again after checking the receiving service.
Receive failure alerts by email
OG Forms emails the workspace owner when an integration starts failing.
This helps you notice connection problems and investigate them before they affect more of your workflow.
