Export your workspace data
Your forms and responses are important business data. You should be able to keep a copy of them outside OG Forms whenever you need it.

OG Forms lets you export your entire workspace as a JSON file. You can also export answers from individual forms as CSV or JSON files.
Export your entire workspace
A full workspace export gives you a JSON copy of your workspace data.
This is useful when you want to keep a backup, move your data to another system or keep a copy for your records.
The full workspace export is available in JSON format. It does not currently offer a CSV export for the entire workspace.
Export answers from an individual form
If you only need the answers from one form, you can export them separately.
OG Forms supports two formats:
- CSV: Useful for opening responses in spreadsheet tools and working with rows and columns.
- JSON: Useful when you want structured data for another application or technical workflow.
When should you use each export?
Choose a full workspace export when you want a copy of your workspace data.
Choose a form level export when you only need the answers from a particular form or want to work with them in a spreadsheet.
