Billing and plans
OG Forms offers two plans: Free and Pro. You can use the Free plan for as long as you like, or upgrade to Pro if you need more AI credits, more file storage, and the option to remove OG Forms branding.

Free and Pro plans
Both plans include unlimited forms, answers, and team members. You do not need to upgrade just to create more forms or collect more responses.

The yearly Pro plan costs $90, which is equal to 10 months of the monthly price.
Understanding AI credits
AI credits are used when you work with AI features in OG Forms. For example, creating a form with AI or editing a form through conversation uses credits.
Your monthly credit allowance depends on your plan:
- Free: 25 AI credits per month.
- Pro: 250 AI credits per month.
AI credits reset on the first day of each month. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
Conversational editing uses one credit per edit. Once you reach your monthly limit, you cannot use more AI credits until your allowance resets.
Checking your plan and usage
You can see your plan and current usage in the Billing section.
Open your workspace settings and go to Billing. You will find your current plan, available plans, and a Usage section.
The Usage section shows:
- Forms: How many active forms you have.
- Answers this month: How many answers your forms have received during the month.
- Team members: How many team members are in your workspace.
- AI credits: Your monthly AI credit allowance.
- File storage: How much storage your workspace is using.
All forms in your workspace share the same file storage limit.
Upgrading to Pro
If you want more AI credits and file storage, you can upgrade to Pro.
Open Billing in your workspace settings and find the Pro plan. Choose the monthly or yearly option to continue to the payment page.
OG Forms uses Dodo Payments to process payments. Complete the payment on the hosted checkout page.
After payment, you will return to OG Forms. Your plan may take a few seconds to update while the payment confirmation is processed.
Managing your subscription
If you are on Pro, you can manage your subscription from the Billing section.
Select Manage billing to open the payment provider's billing portal. From there, you can manage your subscription, including switching between monthly and yearly billing or cancelling it.
If you cancel, your Pro features continue working until the end of your current billing period. Your plan then ends on the date shown in your billing details.
Finding invoices and receipts
Your invoices and payment receipts are available through the billing portal.
Open Billing in your workspace settings and select Manage billing. You can find your invoices and receipts there.
If you have not made your first payment yet, there will not be any invoices to show.
