This saves you from opening each response and downloading it manually. You get the submission details as a PDF whenever someone completes your form.
How to attach a PDF to notification emails
You can turn on PDF attachments in the email settings.
- Open the email notification you want to edit.
- Find the option to attach a response PDF.
- Turn on the PDF attachment option.
- Save your email settings.
Once enabled, OG Forms attaches a PDF copy of the submitted response to the notification email.
What does the PDF contain?
The attachment contains a copy of the respondent's submitted answers.
You can open the PDF from your inbox or save it to your device for later reference.
Can I customize the PDF?
You can attach the generated response PDF, but you cannot currently edit its layout or customize its design separately.
