Use the media library

Images, videos and other media can make your forms more useful and engaging. OG Forms lets you add media to your forms, use a cover image, and upload a logo to match your brand.

Updated

You can also add videos and external content using links from supported services.

What can you add to a form?

OG Forms supports several types of media and content blocks.

Images

Add images to your form to explain a question, show a product, or make your form more visual.

You can also use images as part of your form's header design.

Videos

Add videos to give respondents more information before they answer your questions.

You can use supported video links from YouTube, Vimeo and Loom, or add a direct video file.

Embeds

Use an embed block to display content from another service inside your form.

For example, you could embed a booking calendar, map or another supported external page.

Cover image

A cover image appears in the header area of your form. Use it to introduce your form or give it a visual identity.

You can upload an image from the media library and adjust how it appears in your form design.

Logo

Add your company logo to make your form look more professional and consistent with your brand.

You can upload a logo from the media library and use it in the form header.

How to add media to your form

Open the form you want to edit in the OG Forms builder.

Choose the type of content you want to add, such as an image, video or embed block. Then select or provide the media you want to use.

You can also add a cover image or logo through the form's design settings.

Customize how media looks

You can adjust the appearance of media blocks through their design settings.

Depending on the media block, you can customize options such as:

  • Border colour
  • Background colour
  • Corner radius

These options help your media fit the rest of your form design.

Tips for using media in forms

  • Use images that help explain a question or choice.
  • Keep videos short and relevant to the form.
  • Use a cover image that matches the purpose of your form.
  • Add your logo to make your form easier to recognize.
  • Avoid adding too much media, as it can distract respondents from completing the form.
